​DJ Raymond is a passionate musician and bass player who has been in the industry for over 15 years. While he is currently the bassist & a background vocalist for Trombone Shorty, his genres of musical experience range from gospel & funk to pop & rock. That same passion that has fueled his playing career can now be seen when he's teaching his students. He is patient, encouraging, & always willing to help his students learn at their own pace.
